Consortium, in
cooperation with SGS Industrial and K.Asamer Beteilingungs, both Austrian
enterprises, is constructing low cost mass (affordable) single storey permanent
high quality houses of any dimension, being able to deliver up to 3500 houses
of 50m2 (2 bedrooms) per year, or any other required dimension, giving
structural warranties for 40 years and more.
To achieve such production and
construction high numbers, we build at site (via our own investment) the structural elements
production factory, at an indicative cost of about euro 14mil (depending on capacity requirement).
The houses are delivered key in hand with all the essentials, at a very economic price.
Probably the lowest in the African Market.
A contract
for 10,000 houses
has been recently
signed with the Ministry of Social Affairs
of Congo DRC and a similar proposal is presently under negotiation with
the Government in Dakar/Senegal.
